Mission Statement

LARR’s mission is to foster a dialogue between Latin America and the RUTA region(s) by examining their shared historical experiences—such as the struggles against colonialism, the impact of authoritarian regimes, and ongoing processes of political transformation. Through this, LARR seeks to deepen understanding, promote intellectual exchange, and build lasting academic and cultural connections that can help address contemporary global.
